- I have the best life! I have a wonderful man, great friends and family, two beautiful kitties, a fun dog, two turtles, fish galore and my cherished horse! I’m exactly where I want to be, doing the things I love and have a man that supports me in everything I do. I graduated from the University of Washington in 2002 with two bachelor’s degrees and a bunch of web certifications. I’ve been working at for almost two years and love it. My free time is usually spent horsing around with Parker or going on photography outings with Vlad.
When you know...you know! After our second class together and many dates I knew Vlad was the one for me. I loved everything about him, so smart and cute, fun to be with, we had a ton in common and his accent just sealed the deal for me! Since then, we’ve been through a lot and even endured living in separate countries for a couple years. I truly believe that if you can let someone go and they come back that you will have that person forever. Our official forever starts Friday July 7th, 2006 at 7:00pm and I can't wait!
- About Vlad
- Hmmmm, for those of you who don't know me too well yet let me tell you a little about myself. I was born in Vladivostok, Russia. I moved to Seattle at the age of 15 where I attended high school in Bellevue. After receiving my AA, I enrolled at the University of Washington. Throughout my educational career I have done a fair bit of traveling. After spending two years studying at the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada, I finally made it back to the Seattle area. I graduated from the Seattle University with a Computer Science Degree and a minor in Communications. Along the way I also received a certificate degree from the University of Washington in Internet Programming. My passion for Computer Science led me to starting my own web design and development company .
The little time outside work I have left is dedicated to my other passion: . I spend a lot of time hiking and scouting new locations for photo opportunities and of course photographing horses.
I met Cathy back when we were just getting started in college. Since the day we met, I've always felt a special connection with Cathy. Together we've been through a lot, but her intelligent and caring personality continues to inspire me and will do so for many years to come.
- Love and Marriage...
- We met during winter quarter 1998 at Bellevue Community College. We were both enrolled in Accounting 102, a required class for the business degree. The professor put us into assigned groups to work on projects and that’s how we met! We wound up registering for oceanography together for the following quarter. We've been together ever since!
We both knew when we were finished with school we'd get married. Vlad finished his degree spring 2005 and we got engaged.
